Major Construction Features:

2. The screw adopts big L/D (Length/ diameter) Ratio,equal plasticization and high plasticizing capability
3. Non-stop fast screen changer,controlled by hydraulic device,improves the production efficiency and operation is convenient.
4. High precision distributor,cloth-rack T-die,constant flowing speed and force uniform
5. Pressing roller uses worm wheel to adjust,the operation is convenient and high precision
6. Roller adopt precision mirror polishing,the heating temperature of the roller in the surface is equal,to make sure the sheet has even thickness,high quality.
